Common questions

Sync isn't working. Make sure you're signed into iCloud on the device (Settings → Apple Account → iCloud) and that "iCloud Drive" is enabled. Sync resumes automatically after a relaunch.

I lost data after switching devices. Open Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → make sure your account matches the device that has your tasks. CloudKit only syncs within one iCloud account.

Can I export my tasks? Not yet — but if there's demand we'll add it. Email above with your use case.
